Recognizing the significance of safety, health, environment, risk, quality and compliance in infrastructure projects, Aobakwe has elevated Governance & SHERQ into a key strategic driver and enabler.

To give it meaningful effect, we have translated it into a number of organizational arrangements to drive day-to-day performance. These include processes, policies, procedures and supporting technologies. Our Quality Management System (QMS) is one of the mechanisms we have developed and implemented to reflect and enforce many of these arrangements.
